Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant- Outpatient with our client’s organization of an established business in multiple locations in Wyoming. The Physical Therapist Assistant will be responsible for providing rehabilitation services, patient care, and home care services on a daily basis to promote healing and wellness.
The successful candidate will share their passion for helping others and bringing about life-changing experiences in our patients. Guiding patients through their treatment and helping them reach their peak results through physical and occupational therapy is our client’s ultimate mission.

Responsibilities:
8-10 patients per day depending on hospital and patient census
Perform Evaluation/Treatment sessions with patients
Conducting Free Consultations
Ensure patients are educated and aware of their condition and prognosis
Keep patients accountable for therapy attendance and compliance with their plan of care.
Complete all required documentation of each visit
Updating plan of care as needed and discharging patients as needed
Listening to and recording patient successes
Keeping Case management lists up to date.
Assisting in Marketing efforts as requested by the Marketing department
Keeping track of individual stats and completing productivity reports
Work Schedule:
No Call, No Weekends, a great work-life balance.
Flexible Work Shift Hours can be designed ( for example: 4/10 + 1/4 )
Required Education and Certification
Physical Therapy Assistant
License Eligible or Licensed in Wyoming
Minimum Qualifications:
Physical Therapy skills
Experience in rehabilitation and patient care
Knowledge of outpatient practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team
Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Wyoming
Experience in outpatient care settings is a plus
Advanced certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy
